Open a BUSY XML export saved as .DAT or .XML. Browse every section, then choose which masters to bring into this POS.

Up to 20 MB. Files are read locally by this POS. The original file is never changed.

BUSY company identifier

Keep this identifier the same for later exports from the same BUSY company. It prevents duplicate masters.

Product masters and available prices Customer and supplier masters Material centres / warehouses All account masters (cash, bank, expenses, suppliers and other ledgers) Dated stock snapshot for mapped products (blocks products with POS activity) Opening stock for newly imported products only

Account balances and transaction vouchers are preserved for reading; they are not posted to your books automatically. Missing prices do not replace existing POS prices. The dated stock snapshot can update earlier BUSY-only balances, but stops if a product has POS activity. It represents the exported balance, not a verified physical count.
